Reservations
Remember When Policies:
- New policy in effect immediately: The credit card on file will be charged the full price for each reservation made if CANCELLATION is 2 days or less of scheduled time for arrival
- Due to no shows, we are now asking for a credit card to hold all reservations. If the reservation is cancelled less than one week prior to your scheduled time, there will be a $10.00 charge per person processed to the credit card. The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food and staffing incurred by Remember When Tea Room in anticipation of your reservation. In addition, Remember When is holding space for your group during that time period and loses the opportunity to book other reservations if dates are cancelled at the last minute. No shows on the day of reservation will be fully charged to the person who made the reservation however, we are happy to send the food home with you.
- We welcome children 7 and up but please no infants at the Tea Room. We ask that you please accompany your children at all times.

Before you join us, please note:
Each reservation is limited to a 90 minute teatime.
We cannot accommodate wheelchairs, but we are happy to package up a tea and send it home with you.
When making online reservations a member of our team will call to confirm your reservation. If you do not receive a call, please call us at 513-855-1135.
If there are special dietary needs please let us know at the time of reservation. We do our very best to accommodate! A $3.00 charge will be added for a gluten free or vegetarian tea.
